George Prophet ready for his big break in the music biz
Reggae Singer George Prophet has high hopes for his recently released EP titled Love Me Again.
“I’m proud that I have released a very good EP, it has six beautiful reggae songs on it that people can listen and appreciate. I am a real reggae artiste, so I make real reggae music for the people. I’m confident that my EP will help to put my career on a higher level,” said George Prophet.
The six-track EP which was produced by the artiste and musician/producer Errol Brown of Knock Head Studio was released iTunes three months ago.
Since the release of the project, the Portland-born singer who’s based in New York has been promoting the album heavily in the US and Jamaica.
“I’m very pleased about the response that my EP is receiving. I’m thankful for all the people who are supporting my music including the DJs who are playing it, my fans and my management team,” said the artiste.
The hardworking entertainer is currently gearing up to release the first single off the project a thought-provoking love song titled You Wish which is slated to be released before the end of March.
George Prophet was born Ripton Thomas; he grew up in Port Antonio, Portland. He’s a graduate of the Mount Hermon Junior High School.
George Prophet migrated to New York 2015. He launched his recording career in 1999 with a single titled Give I faith on the Native label.
