Executive Assistant Needed in Montego Bay

GWEST Corporation Limited in Montego Bay, St James has vacant position for an executive assistant to perform administrative duties for the chief executive officer. The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Screening calls
  • Managing calendars
  • Making travel, meeting and event arrangements
  • Preparing reports and financial data
  • Training and supervising other support staff
  • Client and physician relations.
  • Recording and summarising meetings


  • 5 years experience
  • Strong computer and Internet research skills.
  • Fluent in MS Word and Excel Flexibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Project coordination experience
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters
  • Drivers license and personal automobile preferred.
  • Travel allowance will be given
