Boosh Kash and Bookie Collaborates on “Mary Jane”
Reggae Singer Boosh Kash has recently collaborated with Dancehall Singer Bookie, also known as Fada Bookie to record his latest single, “Mary Jane”.
The song which was inspired by Shayne Ward’s 2008 release “Breathless” was produced by Flex Rich Records in Westmoreland, Jamaica.
Boosh Kash and Bookie sings about their love for “Mary Jane” which leaves them breathless, however, “Mary Jane” represents weed/marijuana and not a female as in the original “Breathless”.
The reggae singer tells why he recorded this collaborated production about weed: “I was in the hills relaxing and while there I was listening to some music. Breathless by Shayne Ward was playing while I was rolling a joint and instantly I got the inspiration to do Mary Jane,” says Boosh Kash.
