Toots Hibbert’s Family Wishes That He Were Alive To Celebrate Second Grammy Win

The family of Jamaican Reggae icon the Honourable Frederick ‘Toots’ Hibbert, OD, OJ is happy that he, won the Grammy Award for the Best Reggae Album with ‘Got To Be Tough’ on Sunday. However, they are deeply saddened that he’s not around to celebrate this great achievement.
